NewLight Healthcare has been retained by the Pauls Valley Hospital Authority in an effort to provide high level strategic consulting and management services to Pauls Valley General Hospital. Pauls Valley General Hospital has been in a steep financial decline for years, and are evaluating how to preserve quality hospital services for the community. In March 2013, the hospital filed chapter 9 bankruptcy while being managed by a large Oklahoma City healthcare system.
NewLight employees are working with the Hospital Authority to identify new revenue streams, reduce inefficiencies and provide overall management. NewLight will work alongside the Hospital Authority to produce an operating plan for review by community leaders.
