AUSTIN, TX (June 8, 2010) We are pleased to announce that NewLight Healthcare was recently selected by the Cimarron Memorial Hospital Board to provide management services. The 25-bed critical access hospital is located in Boise City, Oklahoma.
Under the management agreement, NewLight Healthcare will provide a team of experienced healthcare professionals to serve in the areas of financial management, quality patient care, strategic planning, medical staff development, revenue cycle management and education. NewLight will also provide membership in the Amerinet group purchasing program and will give the hospital access to discounts available through various vendors utilized by NewLight.
In addition, NewLight will immediately begin to work with the hospital board to recruit a new chief executive officer and chief financial officer. An interim chief executive officer will begin June 14th.
