Austin, TX (October 1, 2012)  Kathryn Weldon, Director of Leadership & Culture Alignment for NewLight Healthcare spoke at the September 2012 Joint Rural and Underserved Health Conference in Norman, Oklahoma.  Her talk was titled “Creating Winning Cultures”. It was based on programs she’s helped rural hospital executives and managers implement who desire to enhance employee engagement and create great places to work. The main focus of the talk was how leaders and staff can build a hospital culture that drives initiative and excellence.
